I would give 10 stars if I could! But what I can do is say how impressed I was by this company. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, affordable and most important, the best 24hr service ever. My AC unit completely broke down at 1 am on the Fourth of July. I called at least 10 companies before finding Buenos Aires Air and all said it was a holiday and the soonest they could fit me in would be on Saturday. We would have burst into flames by then!!! None of them cared. Until I spoke to a friendly voice at this company. It was 3 am and the owner answered my call. I explained my situation and within 30 minutes of our conversation, he was at my house. I was so comfortable with his professionalism and demeanor. Not to mention how well equipped he was. His vehicle is like a mini home depot. He truly comes prepared. When he told me the unit had to be replaced, I thought, "great! where are we going to get that right now?!! But he had it! He had my size motor in his "mini home depot" truck!!! It took him an hour and we were so completely satisfied with the entire transaction. I am bragging about their services to everyone. Highly recommend them!!!

When your air conditioning breaks on a 112 degree Saturday and you live in a condo, you know it is going to be almost impossible to find someone to fix it that weekend.  After calling a dozen companies w no luck, I got a referral that said I should call Carlos. Even though his schedule was full, he came out at 8 pm and promptly fixed my ac.  He was professional, courteous and neat.  His price was very fair.  Thanks Carlos!

Wow - what incredible customer service. I run a short term rental company in town and when an AC goes out the customer wants it repaired NOW. I called Buenos Aires AC Repair and they were out to the property (on a VERY hot and busy 113 degree Sunday) within just a few hours and got the AC up and running in about 20 minutes. "They have been nothing but outstanding!"

After the first HVAC company gave up, our warranty company gave the job to Buenos Aires.  I wish they had gotten the call first. They have been nothing but outstanding! From their office staff to the technicians, they all know their job and do it very well. Our roof a/c unit is apparently an old piece of junk that is nearly impossible to get parts for anymore. This company persevered and even rewired a generic control board so we could have cold air in our house again. Due to our unit being an old piece of junk, it seemed like once one thing went, the rest decided to go, too. The tech who was just here said there are only two more things to replace on the unit. Since one thing broke at a time, they have been out here several times in the last two weeks. They either came the same day or the next day, and always gave a 2 or 3-hour time frame, and arrived within that time. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and ask for Forrest. He is very thorough.
