After the first HVAC company gave up, our warranty company gave the job to Buenos Aires.  I wish they had gotten the call first. They have been nothing but outstanding! From their office staff to the technicians, they all know their job and do it very well. Our roof a/c unit is apparently an old piece of junk that is nearly impossible to get parts for anymore. This company persevered and even rewired a generic control board so we could have cold air in our house again. Due to our unit being an old piece of junk, it seemed like once one thing went, the rest decided to go, too. The tech who was just here said there are only two more things to replace on the unit. Since one thing broke at a time, they have been out here several times in the last two weeks. They either came the same day or the next day, and always gave a 2 or 3-hour time frame, and arrived within that time. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and ask for Forrest. He is very thorough.

Wow - what incredible customer service. I run a short term rental company in town and when an AC goes out the customer wants it repaired NOW. I called Buenos Aires AC Repair and they were out to the property (on a VERY hot and busy 113 degree Sunday) within just a few hours and got the AC up and running in about 20 minutes.
