My AC unit completely broke down at 1 am on the Fourth of July. I called at least 10 companies before finding Buenos Aires Air and all said it was a holiday and the soonest they could fit me in would be on Saturday. We would have burst into flames by then!!! None of them cared. Until I spoke to a friendly voice at this company. It was 3 am and the owner answered my call. I explained my situation and within 30 minutes of our conversation, he was at my house. I was so comfortable with his professionalism and demeanor. Not to mention how well equipped he was. His vehicle is like a mini home depot. He truly comes prepared. When he told me the unit had to be replaced, I thought, "great! where are we going to get that right now?!! But he had it!
